The project involves transforming an establishment in Ialyssos, Rhodes, into 22 modern serviced apartments.

Designed with a focus on contemporary elegance and high-end services, these apartments will offer a sophisticated living experience, drawing inspiration from the upscale serviced apartment model.

Positioned just 500 meters from the beach, 5 km from Rhodes International Airport and 5 km from Rhodes Town, the development will attract a diverse clientele, from international buyers seeking a holiday home to investors aiming for rental income opportunities in a prime location.

Part of our commitment to the environment, we will have nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, that ensures energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact and utility costs for residents

From April to October Free access to a swimming pool situated on the premises.

Each apartment has an auxiliary storage unit of 4sq. m in the underground basement.

Being part of Bliss Residences you have secured the access to a private beach nearby, having priority access, dedicated amenities and discounts.

SERVICES

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our Concierge team is available to assist with your daily tasks in a professional and effective manner. Stay focused on your family and friends priorities while we’ll take care of the rest. Every request is handled with utmost discretion and celerity.

MAIL RECEPTION

Our team will ensure the reception of your correspondence (parcels, postal or courier letters), except official communications, and will also return the parcels on behalf of our guests if requested. This is to save your time and efforts.

DOOR DELIVERY

We offer based on preference, door delivery to your apartment for all the packages received at the Concierge such as letters, clothes, flowers, food and others

PERSONAL SHOPPING

Our Concierge team will assist you in buying and delivering your orders from the local market and cafe. No need to exit your apartment in order to have your daily shopping done.

TAXI & RESERVATIONS

Upon request, the Concierge team can call you a taxi, provide information, appointments or bookings for anything you might need: spa therapies, local concerts, meals, ferries etc.

INVOICE PAYMENTS

If they prefer so, Bliss Residences residents can pay at Concierge office their rent, utilities, and other services maintenance services invoices provided by the developer of the residential complex via POS.

ACCESS IN FLATS AS EXPRESSLY REQUESTED BY THE RESIDENT

Bliss Residences stands by its residents and guarantees total discretion throughout their stay. Upon request by the tenant, our team can access the flats by using the spare key for specially requested services.

APARTMENT ASSISTANCE

Save your time while our team can occasionally attend to assignments such as tending flowers, feeding pets, monitoring the technical team and other requirements.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

For our residents we offer intermediate laundry services with delivery to the Concierge office and pick-up from the Concierge office / apartment door at the resident’s preference.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

The concierge team also intermediates housekeeping services for the residents.

RECOMMENDATIONS OF VARIOUS SUPPLIERS

We stay at your disposal with recommendations for various suppliers to save you time and to ensure your comfort with already-tested services.

AT HOME MEDICAL SERVICES

Through our partners, our residents can benefit from medical examinations at home.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The high level of comfort and welfare that we provide is supported by our dedicated maintenance services, that offers technical assistance and intervention with the purpose to solve any unwanted situations. Our support team is available to assist you 24/7 with various domestic repair works, upon charge.

24/7 SECURITY

We are focusing on safety and security. Access within the premises is monitored and made through control access points, for residents, as well as visitors and suppliers. The security personnel are available 24/7 for your protection.
